"Over the last 2 years, I have been training with Marlon Azurdia at his gym the South Side Strength Club following his M.A.P Strength Programming and his coined term Phitlosophy.Previously too training with Marlon, I was struggling in various aspects of my life. I had developed a lack of self care and love, and was using alcohol and substance to deal with anxiety, depression and fear. Additionally, I was going through a tough time in my relationship of 10 years and was lacking motivation and energy to live life the way I had wanted to; full of energy, a passion for life and goal orientated. My mental and emotional well-being was fading quickly and with that, my desire to remain physically healthy was disappearing.I began following Marlon's instagram page during 2020 and loved listening to his informative and motivational posts. What originally attracted me to Marlon was not his physical appearance or fitness accolades, although commendable, but his desire to speak his mind and his truth in an attempt to help those in need. His lifestyle ideologies around mental and emotional well-being were fascinating and appealed to me. After a few months, I reached out to him to inquire about his training practices and lifestyle ideologies; we had a great conversation and he invited me to come for a workout and an in-person conversation to discuss my fitness, mental and emotional goals. This excited me, and it felt like I was beginning to find my way out of the fog that had endured over the past decade. We talked about setting goals, personal commitment, overcoming challenges and obstacles and began to build an innovative, creative, personalized program that would cater to all of my goals. At first, keeping the commitment I had made to myself was tough. Waking up at 4:00 am wasn't easy, old habits constantly crept into my life, but with the support and guidance of Marlon, I was able to work past them. I stayed focused on the goals we had originally set and as time passed my mental and emotional well-being began to improve, as did my relationship with my wife and kids. Furthermore, my fitness goals were being accomplished and because of this, I had more energy to do the things I loved to do. My passion for life was improving and I was living in a place of thankfulness and gratitude. I was starting to understand that this experience of committing to myself and the goals I had set out to accomplish was allowing me to have a more positive outlook on life. I had fitness trainers in the past but none as knowledgeable as Marlon. What does Alchemy or meditation have to do with me shedding some weight or putting on muscle?


"Holistic" simply means WHOLE.It's a coaching approach that focuses on all aspects of life in order to achieve OPTIMAL WELL-BEING & VITALITY, which is needed as a foundation to reach any Health & Fitness oriented goal. Fad diets and calorie tracking from a smart watch when performing a mindless exercise routine is merely a fraction of the whole equation. Which is why 99% of people fail to solve their problems with this approach.

What is a Holistic Lifestyle Coach? And how can I benefit from this approach opposed to just simply changing my diet and training hard in the gym?


A "Result" is simply reaching a state of BALANCE that reflects your ideal goal.Therefore, when a person really reaches an optimal level of Vitality, they will learn to be in tune with their body and NOT fall out of balance so easily.I will coach you on how to develope the habits and skills neccesary to sustain your goals through a BALANCED holistic approach.

How can you gurantee results? How do I know this will work for me?


Calorie counting, or weighting your food is VERY UNATURAL. The calorie in and calorie out method has been proven to NOT WORK over and over again. This is because weight gain/reduction has nothing to do with the QUANTITY of calories consumed, it has everything to do with the QUALITY of nutrients delivered to the body.

Can I just reduce my calories and add exercise to lose the weight I want?
